~~My version of the recipe Topsy Turvy Cupcakes but simplified.
All you need is:
-Package of brownie mix
-oil
-water
-eggs
-sugar
-1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
-chocolate chips
1. Turn oven to 325 degrees
2. Follow directions on brownie mix. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Set aside (NOT in the oven)
3. In a different bowl, mix:
-(8oz) package cream cheese
-1 egg
-1/3 C. sugar
-1 (6oz) package chocolate chips (I usually just add almost a whole 12 oz package! I LOVE chocolate!)
Beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until blended. Add chocolate chips.
4. Place cream cheese mixture into the brownie mix, swirl together with a knife.
5. Put in oven, let bake for 45-60 minutes in the oven. I like to bake it at the lower temperature for longer so that they are nice and gooey.
**If you like your brownies chewy - bake brownies at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Oh Erin, I wish you wouldn't post about food....especially chocolate :) I'm going to have to make those now! And I'm sure I'll be eating it all up, too! I love how you used to use other people's internet!! We used to do that all the time, too. You're right, secure it if you don't want others to use it :)
