Who wants to lose 31 pounds?

Oh, me! Me! Pick me! ;)

Am I crazy for posting my weight? Making it public? Yes. Especially when people stumble across it--like friends, family (Hi Mom!), and random strangers. ;)

I hit my biggest point two years ago--I was almost 160 lbs! For a 5' 1" frame, I was considered overweight (but VERY close to obese). I saw my picture (side view) at a wedding I attended, and thought "oh, my!". I was stressed out due to student teaching, and infertility, my weight happened to go out the window. When I saw that photo, I was embarrassed.

My weigh in day is Monday morning--I might regret that later.... Tuesday morning. ;)

5/30 - 149.4 - BMI 28.2 (overweight) - starting
6/7 - 147.6 - BMI 27.9 (overweight) - (-1.8) - Total loss: 1.8 lbs
6/13 - 148.4 - BMI  28.0 (again, overweight) - (+.8) - Total loss: 1 lbs <--AH! Looking for better results next week!
6/21 - 148.4 - BMI 28.0 - (+/- 0) - Total loss: 1 lbs
6/29 - 147.4 - BMI 27.9 - (-1) - Total loss: 2 lbs <--Finally! It seems like I've been working hard with NOTHING to show for it!
whoops--no weigh ins for a period of time... due to being away.
8/1 - 147.0 - BMI 27.8 - (-.4) - Total loss: 2.4 lbs
No weigh ins due to pregnancy & miscarriage.
11/13 - 144.5 - BMI 26.4 - (-2.5) - Total loss: 4.9 lbs
1/1/12 - 148.0 - BMI 27.1 - (+4.5) - Total loss: 1.4lbs
1/29/12-140.0 - BMI 25.6 - (-8) - Total Loss: 9.4 lbs *Yippee!!* That's one month of a more vegan lifestyle and one month of adding workouts back into our routine. I can't believe that I was once 158 (18 lbs heavier!!)

Current Goal:
To be at 145 lbs {completed 8/11)
To be at 140 lbs {completed 1/29/12}
To be at 135 lbs
To exercise 3 times a week  {Completed 6/23/11}
To exercise 4 times a week at gym
To run 1 mile
To run 2 miles
To run 5k


Ultimate Goal: To be at 118 pounds (115 sounded too skinny and 120 sounded like too much... ha ha!)
At 118 lbs, my BMI would be 22.3 (a healthy weight)
